Monday Baby Massage Classes in Holmes Chapel

Our Monday morning baby massage classes provide a calm and welcoming space where you can spend dedicated time bonding with your baby. During each session, you’ll learn gentle massage techniques that can be used to support relaxation and create a comforting routine for you and your little one.

Movement is incorporated naturally into the baby massage sessions rather than being offered as a separate class. You’ll be guided through the techniques at a comfortable pace, giving you the opportunity to practise them with your baby and build confidence using them at home.

The classes also give parents the chance to meet others in a relaxed and supportive setting. No previous experience of baby massage is needed, as guidance is provided throughout the session.

Our Monday classes take place in the morning, 10-11 am. It is at Laura Wilson School of Dance, Holmes chapel buisness park, Manor Lane, CW4 8AF

Thursday Baby Massage Classes in Holmes Chapel

Our Thursday morning baby massage classes offer another opportunity to enjoy dedicated time with your baby while learning gentle massage techniques in a friendly and supportive environment. The sessions are designed to be relaxed, allowing you and your baby to participate at a comfortable pace.

Gentle movement forms part of the baby massage session and complements the massage techniques taught during the class. It isn’t offered as a standalone movement class. You’ll receive guidance throughout, helping you understand the techniques and giving you ideas that you can continue using with your baby between sessions.

Classes are also a lovely opportunity to get out with your baby and spend time around other parents and little ones. Beginners are welcome, and you don’t need any previous knowledge of baby massage before attending.
